Returns, Exchanges and Refunds:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return request, please send us a message and we'll provide a pre-paid shipping label.
To better service our customers and offer a more user friendly approach to the returns process, we offer "Free Returns" whereas the returning customer is not required to spend any additional money up front when returning the product.
Please note however this is not intended to mean that you can buy and return something scott free of any cost to you, leaving the seller with all of the costs. Initial and return shipping costs

be deducted from most returns at the discretion of the seller. Seller reserves the right to retain up to 20% of the purchase price in restocking fees to cover labor, overhead, and related expenses.
If a product is returned damaged or in a condition other than which it was sent, seller reserves the right to retain up to 50% of the refund amount.
If a buyer is found to have opened a return under a falsified (aka fraudulent) reason, buyer may be subject to 50% restocking fee, lose their rights to further purchases, or forfeit of their refund.
Cancellations:
All transactions are handled through PayPal. When we receive a payment through PayPal, we are charged 2.9% of the total transaction amount + {{detail_product_description}}.30 for the transaction. When we refund a customer, PayPal retains that amount, and does not reimburse us for it. Because of this, all cancellations are subject to having 2.9% + {{detail_product_description}}.30 deducted from the refund amount.
