THESE VALVE COVERS ARE FLAWLESS
This is a pair of extremely rare Weiand pent roof valve covers. They fit 360, 390, 406, 427, and 428 cubic inch Ford FE engines. I've seen them show up on eBay about once every couple of years. None of them approach this pair! No scratches, no flaw, and lots of clearance for that huge lift on your bump stick. They've just been brightened up by my polisher, who has 76 years of experience. These belong on an FE who's owner loves his ride to look spectacular, or on a trailer queen. They are that nice. I'd rate them a 9.5 on a 10 scale. These originally came with a black wrinkle finish and an enormous amount of work went into polishing these.
As you can see both baffles are still in place and there is 3 3/8” clearance under them. These usually have steel spark plug spacers riveted to them. That kind of destroyed the clean lines that this set has.  This set was apparently never drilled for the rivets.
The regular Weiand FE covers are much lower, and while they are also kind of rare, they're nowhere near as rare as the pent roofs. Take a good look at all the pictures.
