This is an original pressbook from the film "Time After Time" in 1979. A pressbook is the printed material the studios send out to the theaters to promote a particular movie. It contains information about the film to help the theater owner sell the film in his/her neighborhood. It contains stories about the stars that can be sent to the local newspapers, various suggestions about promotion, and ad slicks/mini posters to cut out and send to the newspapers. They sometimes include other products to sell in the lobby, or gimmicks to attract attention to the film and theater. Always an interesting look at the early days of the theater business. Original 10 page standard column newspaper pressbook. Out of production for over 40
years!
